Pollution is a global problem and we view ordinances of the city of Baguio or maybe other cities as well as a solution so our group is trying to advocate or help the local government of Baguio with this endeavor on our own simple way. We have chosen the NO SMOKING, NO LITTERING and NO SPITTING ordinances as our main concentration for this campaign of the city of Baguio.
The NO SMOKING, NO LITTERING and NO SPITTING are sometimes neglected or not given preference by most people but we think that they are one of the most contributors of pollution.
Smoking contributes to air pollution which affects and causes respiratory illnesses which has an alarming rate of mortality. While littering if done by too many people, imagine the volume of litter which may clog canals and may cause flood and maybe a pain in the eye. And spitting, a very unhygienic practice which may cause epidemics, spread of diseases and many more "yucky" things.
